A cold metal cylinder surrounds the warm light. The concrete encapsulates the two, like a heavy blanket. Inspired by the beauty and simplicity of a construction site, Armada is a unique collection of hand-made pieces that put together 3 simple elements: rebar, concrete, and brass. The perfect balance between the weighty concrete and the see-through structure gives birth to the optical illusion of a brutalist building that has been suspended in mid-air by the light within.
